Marv Abrams - SAC-TIA Chapter President

Mr. Abrams is the current President of the San Antonio Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc (TAI), the TAI Central Region Vice-President, member of the TAI National Board of Directors (Central Region), and Chair, TAI National Finance Committee.  He has previously served within the organization as Regional First Vice President, Chapter Secretary and Treasurer.

We will have an original Tuskegee Airman present at the ball along with San Antonio Tuskegee Airman Chapter president Marv Abrams. Autograph and photo ops will be available. Come see living history and learn more about the new movie "Red Tails" coming out on January 20, 2012 about the Tuskegee Airman.

Monica “Dr. mOe” Anderson, D.D.S



Monica “Dr. mOe” Anderson, D.D.S., President & Founder
Monica “Dr. mOe” Anderson is the Dental Director at a nonprofit organization, a bestselling author, widely published journalist, and motivational speaker. She has a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School Dentistry and a B.A. in Biology from Baylor University. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards, committees, and advisory boards. Her volunteer involvement focuses primarily on education, children/women’s issues, health, and economic development.

Some of her current and past community service commitments are: Lifeworks, the Arlington Sports Facilities Development Authority, the Junior Leagues of Minneapolis, MN and Arlington, TX, the Baylor University Alumni Board, Communities in Schools, and Big Sisters. This Texas native has participated in numerous leadership development programs, including, Leadership Austin Experience, St. David’s Institute for Learning, Leadership Arlington (TX), and the Junior League’s Community Leadership Training. Dr. mOe is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Women of Austin Dental Study Club, Texas Writers League, National Black MBA Association, and the National Council of Negro Women. She is a third generation member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., a proud mother of two and a grandmother. She has lived in Austin since 2008.
