BIOGRAPHY

Cory Walker, Sr., is a native of the great state of Arkansas and is grateful for his old-school upbringing and humble beginnings.  He is the youngest of eight children. As a young man, he desired to do something significant.  Realizing his gift to empower people through words, he pursued his passion for public speaking.  Chasing his dream has afforded him many performance opportunities: stage, radio, film, to sharing a podium with the unforgettable, Dr. Cornell West.

In 2003, Mr. Walker earned a Certificate in Ministry from the Full Counsel School of Ministry in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  He is the founder of the Random Acts of Kindness Day for the City of Little Rock and of Bragg & Livingston Co., LLC.  In addition, he has served as a 10 year volunteer for the Dr. MLK Jr. Commission, Charter Member of the U of A Single Ring Committee, Member of the College Station Community FCU Board of Directors, Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce Small Business Taskforce volunteer, and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Walker completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Minor in Secondary Education at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Mr. Cory Walker, Sr., is an inspirational public speaker and entrepreneur and has successfully implemented the Men of Distinction program at the Austin Community College. Walker now serves as a new team member at the African American Men & Boys Harvest Foundation.

Mr. Walker believes that anyone who desires to win in life will win, if they don’t quit.
